Standard golf carts (under 20 mph, not street-legal) are not titled or registered in Florida. If you've been putting off selling because you "can't find the title," odds are your cart never had one.

What We Actually Need

• Standard cart: a bill of sale (we bring it), your ID, and proof it's yours to sell — a purchase receipt, community registration, or serial number check.
• Street-legal LSV: these ARE titled vehicles in Florida. We'll need the title signed over, same as a car. Lost it? A duplicate from the FLHSMV takes a few days — we'll walk you through it.
